Commissioner Trumka's staff will meet with representatives of the National Floor Safety Institute to discuss "The Petition Requesting Rulemaking To Mandate Testing and Labeling Regarding Slip Resistance of Flooring, Floor Coatings and Treatments, Floor Cleaning Agents, and Footwear."
Those in attendance from NFSI will include Russell Kendzior, Chair and President of the NFSI, Howard Harris, Orthopedic Surgeon with Texas Orthopedic Specialists, LLC and Treasurer of the NFSI, Edwin Foulke, Attorney at Law with Fisher & Phillips LLP and Board Member for the NFSI, and Thad Whittier, AVP, Casualty Loss Control, Risk Management Group with AWAC Services Company and Board Member for the NFSI.
